For all products with lot and expiry date tracking, the expiry date will be clearly displayed on both our mobile app and website. This allows customers to make informed purchasing decisions based on the product’s shelf life.
In most cases, customers will receive products from the same lot and expiry date as shown at the time of order. If the exact lot is not available during packing due to reasons like;
  • Available product of the lot is damaged,
  • Shown product of the lot is not available physically in stock
We will ship products with shelf life longer than what was promised to ensure freshness and quality.
