Shipping Zones and Delivery Areas
Jeevee delivers across Nepal. If your location falls outside our standard delivery zones/areas, feel free to reach out to our customer support team, we’ll do our best to assist you.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the customer’s shipping address and the total weight of the items in the order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay in cash when your order is delivered by Jeevee.
  • No extra COD fee is charged, regardless of order value.
  • Only Nepalese Rupees are accepted for COD payments.
  • Payments via card, cheque, or any non-cash method are not accepted under the COD. Our Delivery partner however could accept QR payment at the time of delivery.
COD is ideal for customers without a credit/debit card or those who prefer not to pay online.
Estimated Delivery Time
For both online and COD order payments, the order is confirmed after the customer places the order from an app/web.
You will receive an update of your order via notification at every order stage: orders placed, packed, shipped, and delivered. Please make sure that your notification is turned on if you wish not to miss an update on your order.
  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: Orders are delivered within 24-48 hours, subject to product availability.
  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: Orders are delivered within 24-72 hours, subject to product availability.
  • If an item needs to be sourced from a different store or supplier, delivery may take longer. In such cases, our customer service team will notify you of any delays.
  • For partial shipments, any unfulfilled items will be refunded using your original payment method if the payment is already received.
International delivery
International delivery is not available currently.

Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
General Return Policy – 14 Days
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for most items. Returns will be accepted if the following conditions are met:
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals.
  • It is in resaleable condition.
  • A valid tax invoice is provided.
Eligible Return Reasons
We accept returns or exchanges for the following:
  • Wrong Product ReceivedReceived an incorrect item, size, or variant? Request a return/exchange within 14 days.
  • Product Damaged in TransitIf the item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Photo or video evidence is required.
  • Change of Mind (Selected Categories Only)For categories like fashion or home décor, you may return items due to change of mind—provided return conditions are met.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, safety, or supplier policies, unless found defective or damaged:
  • Frozen or refrigerated items
  • Undergarments & innerwear
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)
  • Electronics with a broken seal or missing accessories
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color issues in categories like fashion, footwear, or accessories. If the required variant is unavailable, you can opt for a refund, voucher, or Jeevee points.
Proof Required for Returns
To help us process your return quickly, please provide:
  • Photos of the product (front, back, and any damage)
  • Picture of the packaging
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for transit damage claims)
Refunds
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
  • They will be issued to your original payment method or Jeevee points, as preferred.
  • For COD orders, you may be asked to share bank or wallet details.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund Possible if you received a defective item.
  • The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit.
  • The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

Expiry Policy
At Jeevee, we are committed to maintaining transparency and delivering quality products to our customers. For all products with lot and expiry date tracking, the expiry date will be clearly displayed on both our mobile app and website. This allows customers to make informed purchasing decisions based on the product’s shelf life.
In most cases, customers will receive products from the same lot and expiry date as shown at the time of order. If the exact lot is not available during packing due to reasons like;
  • Available product of the lot is damaged,
  • Shown product of the lot is not available physically in stock
We will ship products with shelf life longer than what was promised to ensure freshness and quality.
Our system is designed to prioritize products with longer shelf life while fulfilling your order. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the expiry of a product you received, our customer support team is always ready to assist.

Please Note:
  • We claim authenticity only, which means we do not list/ sell copies of branded products, no matter the quality of the copy, but imitation products under different brand names (not similar brand names) are not considered non-genuine, as many reputed brands take inspiration from other brands as well
  • This guarantee applies only to products that fall under our authenticity assurance category
  • Claims will be assessed case-by-case to ensure fairness and prevent misuse.
  • Jeevee reserves the right to investigate and make a final decision on all authenticity claims.
  • As brands often change packaging, a new or old packaging is not considered fake, and cannot be claimed only in terms of packaging change
  • As brands manufacture in batches and in different countries, consistency and quality sometimes differ as per country, formulation changes and manufacturer; claims cannot only be made based upon this parameter.
